I Do Matter ......

No matter who you are, what you look like, or what you share with the world, there will always be someone who doesn’t approve. And that’s okay. You’re not going to like everyone and not everyone is going to like you. And that isn’t some fundamental failing on your part — that’s just life. It’s normal, and it’s nothing to beat yourself up over. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to be accepted, but  you shouldn’t ever have to change who you are for the sake of winning someone else’s approval. You don’t live for other people. It isn’t your job to conform to their idea of what constitutes a “worthwhile” human being. You are who you are, and you’re enough. Instead of focusing on all the people who don’t accept or appreciate you, take some time today to remind yourself of all the people who do. It’s easy to forget about them, but they exist and they care. They’re the people who matter. To them, you matter. Let go of the rest.

Keep Movin' Man....

Open your mind and your heart for some new possibilities. In one second, everything can change in your life. Keep the door open that miracles can still unfold on your path. The key to your breakthrough is to keep moving...no matter what. Don't look to the right or to the left. Keep looking forward. Things are going to happen that will catch you on the blindside. Deal with it and keep moving!! You may or may not be able to count on friends and associates. Don't stop to complain. Keep moving! You must meet life with life...giving your energy. Use your imagination, skills and talents. Be resourceful by using everything in you to break through to the next level. Your dream is calling you. Answer the call...and keep on moving!

RESPECT YOURSELF!!!

Listen to your own voice...the one in your heart that is the keeper of your dreams. Never let someone convince you that you can't do something ~ especially if they haven't done it. Take the time to find your own path and trust your inner voice. Know what's true for you! Respect yourself by limiting access to people who are negative and unhappy. Many times they project the anxiety and dissatisfaction with their own lives onto your life. One negative comment can be more damaging to you than one positive comment. Own the responsibility for your life and your journey. Give yourself the gifts of experiences and relationships that strengthen your deepest convictions about your dream and honor the calling on your life.

Be Patient Man .......

You must learn to be patient. Patient with yourself and the people in this world. You must learn to slow down. To take some time to breathe, to notice, to appreciate what you have. Just trust that in the moment you really need an answer it will come to you clearly. You will know what you need to do, to say, to give. Believe in yourself, in the life you are leading. Trust that you can and will figu re this all out. Give yourself the time and space to do that. “Breathe. It’s okay. You’re going to be okay. Just breathe. Breathe, and remind yourself of all the times in the past you felt this scared. All of the times you felt this anxious and this overwhelmed. All of the times you felt this level of pain. And remind yourself how each time, you made it through. Life has thrown so much at you, and despite how difficult things have been, you’ve survived. Breathe and trust that you can survive this too. Trust that this struggle is part of the process. And trust that as long as you don’t give u...
